Thank you for coming to our shop, we're glad you think our products are awesome too! Unless you're on this page because you think they're not.. awkward... Well since you found yourself on this page, let's dig into the nitty gritty. Please see our policies below! 

Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full and upfront. Nothing will be shipped without payment.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We take pride in the products we are providing to you and know (hope) that you will love them as much as we do! :) However, if there is an issue with your order please email us at contact@star-eyed.com and we will figure out a way to help make the situation better. In order to receive a full refund, the order will need to be shipped back at your expense.
  • The thing with electronics is that screens and their colors can vary, please note that the product might vary slightly in color from your expectations. Don't worry though! We have put in a lot of effort to ensure that every product meets our expectations and we promise that what you receive is what the artist ordered. We think she has a pretty good eye ;).
  • Issues related to shipping that we can't control won't be refunded (wrong addresses, lost in the mail, eaten by a dog, etc.) But we do want you to be happy and we will do our best to help if these situations arise. We cannot immediately issue a refund if something like this were to happen, but if a claim is submitted and resolved with the shipping company we will be happy to replace the order at no additional cost!

Shipping

  • All products will be shipped within 2-4 business days from Salt Lake City, UT. Everything will be packed in a sturdy envelope mailer or box. 
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination. After this point the timing is up to them!
  • If there are any issues with shipping, please email us at contact@star-eyed.com and we will do our best to assist! We want to make sure you are not only satisfied with the product, but also the process! :)
